What to expect when you book us in Gymea

Gymea rentals are mostly cottages, villas and low-rise units around the village. Older kitchens and tiled bathrooms are where we spend the most time, and we are happy to talk through what to expect.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then do a final walk-through before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Gymea property.

A tip from us: Empty the cupboards, fridge and freezer before we arrive and switch the fridge off the day prior. That lets us wipe every shelf without moving your things.
