Everything on a standard exit checklist: the kitchen including the oven and inside the cupboards, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, windows, skirting boards, light fittings and wardrobes. Carpet steam cleaning is added separately because not every lease asks for it.

A week ahead is comfortable, but we often have room at shorter notice, including weekends. Aim for the clean to land the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and nothing gets dirty again.

No. Plenty of tenants leave keys with the agent or use a lockbox. We will agree the handover with you when you book.

It is easier for us if it is, since we can reach every wall and cupboard. If a few things are still there, tell us and we will work around them.

Yes, all products and equipment, including our carpet steam machine. You do not need to provide anything, though we will need access to power and water.

Most jobs run between three and eight hours depending on size and condition. We will give you an estimate when we confirm the booking.
