What to expect when you book us in Kogarah

Kogarah has plenty of apartments around the station and hospital precinct. Smaller units are usually done quickly, and we can often work to a tight move-out date.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then do a final walk-through before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Kogarah property.

A tip from us: Empty the cupboards, fridge and freezer before we arrive and switch the fridge off the day prior. That lets us wipe every shelf without moving your things.
