What to expect when you book us in Illawong

Illawong has houses and townhouses on the river side of Menai. We can usually fit a clean in around your final inspection date.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then do a final walk-through before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Illawong property.

A tip from us: Empty the cupboards, fridge and freezer before we arrive and switch the fridge off the day prior. That lets us wipe every shelf without moving your things.
