Miranda has plenty of apartments and townhouses around the shopping centre and the station. Strata buildings sometimes have rules about move-out times, so tell us when you book and we will plan around it.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then do a final walk-through before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Miranda property.

A tip from us: Book the clean for the day before your final inspection. Carpets are dry, nothing gets walked through again, and there is a buffer if the agent wants anything touched up.
